I acknowledge my voluntary participation in this mission organized by Rahma Worldwide (“Rahma”), which involves providing humanitarian services and essential aid inside Gaza.

• I understand the nature of my role and the potential risks involved in providing medical assistance on this mission.
• I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my engagement in the mission. I commit to following all safety guidelines, instruction and protocols provided by Rahma or its affiliates.
• I understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participating in this mission, including but not limited to:

1. Physical and emotional stress or injury.
2. Exposure to unfamiliar environments, cultures, and potential hazards.
3. Transportation accidents, health related issues, and unforeseen events.
4. The nature of the mission's surroundings, equipment, and the actions of others, and the possibility of personal injury, including severe injury or death.
5. I agree to prioritize my safety and others by adhering to itinerary. Any deviation to pursue independent action or movement is strictly prohibited.

I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner while representing Rahma and strictly adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. I confirm and agree to the following:

1. I may bring up to $280 US dollars of cash ONLY or in equivalent currency.
2. I may bring personal luggage only (one checked bag) with toiletry, medicine, 1 laptop and phone etc. for personal use only.
3. Prohibited items are drones, cash, cigarettes, foods, communication devices, gold, chemicals or anything sealed or can be used as weapon and/or not for personal use.

Violations will face severe legal, security, and economic repercussions, including arrest, prosecution, confiscation, penalties, reputational damage, and disruption of humanitarian efforts.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rahma, its officers, and all associated individuals from any claims, liabilities, or actions arising from my participation.
Including injury, death, illness, or any other loss.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any medical costs incurred due to injury or illness during the mission.
I understand that Rahma does not provide insurance coverage for participants.

I retain the right to cease participation in the mission at any time if I deem it unsafe, uncomfortable, or for any other reason.

I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any sensitive information I come across, particularly the identities and stories of the children being treated.
This includes refraining from sharing any identifiable information or images on social media or other public platforms without explicit consent.

I agree to provide media coverage of the Mission, including capturing photographs, video footage, and written reports. Rahma reserves the right to review and approve the content of the Media prior to publication. I agree to portray the Mission in a fair, accurate, and objective manner, highlighting Rahma’s humanitarian efforts. I agree to tag Rahma in all media content I publish from Mission and must clearly identify Rahma as the sponsoring organization.
I agree not to publish any Media that misrepresents Rahma or its activities. I will wear Rahma-provided vests during all media coverage activities

I will not disclose any personal or professional relationships that may pose a conflict of interest with their role at Rahma Worldwide, particularly if they have affiliations with other organizations or entities involved in similar humanitarian efforts.
I will prioritize the best interests of this mission above any personal agendas or affiliations.

I will always adhere to Rahma Worldwide’s child protection policies and protocols.
This includes undergoing appropriate training on child safeguarding practices and reporting any concerns or incidents involving child safety or welfare immediately to the designated authorities within the organization.

I pledge to treat all children and families with dignity, respect, and compassion, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or other characteristics.
I commit to respecting and honoring the cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds those I encounter during my time with Rahma Worldwide.

While I am associated with Rahma, I will not independently raise funds for any cause or initiative without prior official approval from Rahma management to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.

I agree not to initiate or establish my own organization or ventures in a field that could be perceived as competitive to Rahma Worldwide's work.
This includes but is not limited to areas such as humanitarian aid, relief efforts, community development, and related initiatives.
This will avoid conflicts of interest and foster a unified approach towards addressing global challenges.
